Marketing Manager - 1st Shift, Full-Time 1.0 FTE

Position:

The Manager for Marketing and Consumer Engagement is responsible for the design, development, ongoing management and long-term enhancement of marketing communications focused on driving brand connection, business development, consumer engagement and loyalty. The Marketing Manager develops data driven marketing communication strategies to align services, position new service lines, and to support brand preference and loyalty. Our marketing team manages communications, media relations, marketing, provider outreach, community benefit, digital/web and design for our entire organization.

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, English, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience contributing to and implementing omni-channel marketing strategies (digital and traditional).
  • Managerial and leadership experience supporting and working with a team of marketing, communications, and business development professionals to accomplish day-to-day goals.
  • The role requires a passion for delivering measurable results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis and a keen focus on the consumer both external and internal
  • Demonstrate ability in developing and implementing digital communication channels of email, SMS, push notification, social media, website with consumer touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate competency in strategic thinking and collaboration across departments. Strong analytic skills, with a solid understanding of utilizing metrics to measure and report performance of outreach campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Demonstrate ability in developing and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts targeted audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across a wide variety of functions (e. g., Marketing, Business Development, Medical Offices) and deliver results, working both strategically and tactically.
  • Demonstrate competency in leadership, coupled with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives, special events and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, customer-centric marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints, with a focus on digital access and marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to continually enhance the consumer experience and interaction with our brand.
  • Implement marketing campaigns tied to the overarching organization strategy.
