Are you looking for a lifestyle change that will last? The Healthy Living Series can help you to develop and maintain a healthier lifestyle through small manageable changes in your eating, physical activity, and overall behavior. A healthier lifestyle can achieve weight loss and help lower your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.

Lifestyle Goals
Lose 5-7% of weight through lifestyle changes and a gradual increase in physical activity to a minimum of 150 minutes a week
The year-long program meets at Wayne HealthCare once a week and will be transitioned to once a month. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 2pm to 3pm.

Pedometer – Calorie King Book – Exercise Band – Food and Exercise Trackers - Educational Materials – Food and Exercise Assessment and Recommendations
This program is FREE for those who qualify! Clinical Exercise Program is available.
