COVID-19 Walk-In Vaccine Clinic

Now For ALL Adults (Ages 18 & Up)

Still need a COVID-19 vaccine? There's now no need to call and schedule an appointment. All you have to do is walk in, get vaccinated, and walk out.

In an effort to ensure everyone who wants a vaccine gets one, the Darke County COVID-19 Vaccine Coalition is transitioning to a walk-in clinic model. The coalition is a community service of Wayne HealthCare, the Darke County General Health District and Family Health Services.

April COVID-19 Walk-In Vaccine Clinic Hours:

  • Every Thursday 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Every Saturday 8 a.m. - noon

The Moderna vaccine requires two (2) doses. If you already have a scheduled appointment for your first or second dose, please plan on coming in during that allotted time.

While no appointment is required for the walk-in clinic, you must bring a Photo ID to verify your age. You must be 18 years or older to receive the Moderna vaccine.

Vaccinations will be administered at the Reid Health Building, located at 1101 Jackson Street in Greenville.

Questions? Please call the COVID-19 Vaccine line at (937) 547-2399.

In addition to adults 18 and older, the vaccine is now available to those with cancer, heart disease, COPD, kidney disease, and/or obesity. Click here to view a complete list of all eligibility categories.
