COVID-19 Walk-In Vaccine Clinic

Vaccines Available - Ages 12 & Up

Still need a COVID-19 vaccine? There's now no need to call and schedule an appointment. All you have to do is walk in, get vaccinated, and walk out.

In an effort to ensure everyone who wants a vaccine gets one, the Darke County COVID-19 Vaccine Coalition has opened a walk-in clinic. The coalition is a community service of Wayne HealthCare, the Darke County General Health District, and Family Health Services of Darke County.

June COVID-19 Walk-In Vaccine Clinic:

  • Every Thursday 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. (offered at Family Health Services in Greenville)

Now Offering Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine

In addition to the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, we are excited to announce that we are now offering the Pfizer vaccine for COVID-19 to those ages 12 and up. Both vaccines require two (2) doses. If you already have a scheduled appointment for your second dose, please plan on coming in during that allotted time.

While no appointment is required for the walk-in clinic, if you're receiving the Moderna vaccine, available only to those ages 18 and older, you must bring a Photo ID to verify your age.

Beginning in June, vaccinations will be administered at Family Health Services, located at 5735 Meeker Road in Greenville. Please follow the signs to the clinic.
