Darke County Rural Health Network
Working Together for a Healthier Darke County
A healthier community starts with strong partnerships and a shared commitment to those we serve. Wayne HealthCare, the Wayne HealthCare Foundation, and local organizations are working together through the Darke County Rural Health Network to strengthen access to care, advance mental health and wellness initiatives, and connect individuals and families with valuable resources.
Supported by a $100,000 Rural Health Network Development Planning Grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the network is bringing community partners together to identify local healthcare needs, strengthen collaboration, and develop a long-term plan to improve access to care and support services throughout Darke County.
