Sports Physicals are available to students entering grades 7-12 next year. Sports physicals are for the purpose of athletics only.
School required vaccines will also be made available if interested (athlete must have a guardian present/cost included with physical).
Our comprehensive Sports Physicals are made possible by the collaboration of Wayne HealthCare, Orthopedic Associates, and Family Health Services of Darke County.
